I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Always have, always will. But to help make the trip a little more pleasant I switched to a power tooth brush several years ago. It does a much better job getting my teeth clean than any manual brush ever did. My original brush a just cheap $20 model that just recently died, so I decided to upgrade to the Oral B 9900. Its pretty sweet. There is a wireless display that gives you information like how long you have brushed and where. It also has a pressure sensor so you don’t brush too hard and it even tracks when it is time to change brush heads.

The kit comes with 4 brush heads, each designed for different tasks including whitening, complete cleaning, sensitive teeth and a gum massage tip. I still don’t like the dentist, but the visits have gotten a lot less painful for me.
